My Story
Welcome to my story! I started my Scentsy business in August 2008 having first experienced this wonderful product as a customer. I was initially drawn to the safety aspect of the warmers and wax. As a classroom teacher and mother of a then 5 year old, I was uncomfortable using flame candle around children. I missed having fragrance around. Other products just never seemed to measure up. . Scentsy was the answer!
Not only has Scentsy provided me with the aromas that I enjoy, this business has allowed me to be more financially secure. I truly believe that direct sales can be a worthwhile endeavor for anyone seeking to supplement or replace their income. You can be your OWN BOSS. I have tried other direct sales companies in the past; the other products were just not the "right fit" for me. Scentsy products are top-level quality, beautiful designs, trend setting, in high demand, and the business practices are truly ethical.
Scentsy's vision matches my own - Give more than you get! After 12 years in this business, I have experienced things I only dreamed about before. I was blessed when I earned Incentive trips to two of my dream vacation spots, Alaska and Hawaii. I've met some incredible people along this journey that have inspired, encouraged and cared about me.
God answered my prayer in a giant way when He brought Scentsy to my life. And to think... all I wanted was a way to meet new people and share myself with them. I continue to be blessed with the new friends I've made whether they were first customers, hostesses, team members or "Scentsy Sisters/Brothers" from all over this great land.
